Giday is a young musician from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. After working in the music industry in Boston, MA for over 10 years, and receiving a Bachelors of Science degree in Music Production & Digital Media and Technology from the New England Institute of Art;

Giday has now returned to build a foundation in Ethiopia and to merge the sounds of Africa and the West. His music ranges from Reggae, to Dancehall, Afrobeats, HipHop and more. Since returning to Ethiopia, Giday has played at shows and concerts all over town; from a residency at the Hyatt Regency hotel, to Taste of Addis, Anbar Festival, Bermel Festival, The Experiment Series, Kucheza Festival and much more.

Giday has also opened for world-renowned acts, such as; Wyclef Jean, Singah, Skiibii, Rophnan, Master KG and Diamond Platnumz. With over 50 released songs, and 3 released albums; he is now currently working on his 4th studio album, set to release in the coming months. It is an afrobeats album, enititled “GOLD”.
